The pressure is on to keep your pumps running, night and day. And SPOC drives are made for extreme conditions—heat, cold, dust and grime. That said, in the oilfield everything breaks sooner or later. So, if one of our drives goes down, our service team will have you back up and running in hours, not weeks. And our technical team is available 24/7.
We’ve got your back with our industry-leading service.

Variety of pump off options: “Pump Off Setpoint” based upon surface load and stroke position or “Pump Fillage.” Select VFD mode to vary speed for controlling set point.
IronHorse runs the pump at the optimal speed for each well’s inflow rate, which means you can slow your pump automatically at pump off, rather than stopping the motor and shutting down the well.
Decreasing the number of start/stop cycles greatly reduces wear and tear on equipment. That means lower maintenance and replacement costs AND downtime.
In addition to lower maintenance costs, IronHorse pays for itself through reduced energy usage. Our customers regularly see energy savings of 10% to 40% over wells without a variable frequency drive; on average, our customers save about 20% on their energy costs.
With near unity power factor, elimination of inrush currents and associated peak demand charges and a reduction of utility kWh usage, the IronHorse drive payback is quick. Traditional across-the-line starters or Pump Panels will never reduce your operating cost or pay for themselves … but it’s guaranteed with the IronHorse VFD.
