In most cases, this will extend the life of the equipment, while increasing your production—creating the maximum return on your investment. What’s more, there are no costly sensors to install on the unit that can be damaged, rendering the unit inoperable.

The Roto-Armor VFD has highly accurate motor control to carefully regulate applied motor torque, eliminating torque overshoot and its associated problems. We can reduce belt, rotor and rod string breakage from excess torque, saving service costs and increasing production. With near unity power factor, elimination of in-rush currents and associated peak demand charges, and a reduction of utility kwh usage, installing the Roto-Armor VFD means payback is quick. 

Built-in production calculations assist in evaluating wells. The Roto-Armor is also available in single phase input, eliminating the need for costly, problematic phase converters and the associated over-sizing of components or motors. Additionally, those traditional methods cost you more on your O&M budget dollars due to their high electrical losses.
